This interactive double-sided info board is designed to provide the user with up-to-date information about the weather, transportation services, shops, and other relevant data. The organic shape of the board gives it a unique and distinguishing look. The information available on the device is updated through a connection to the cloud and can be shared with nearby devices when linked. This design benefits from machine learning for an improved usability by learning from users’ behavior. This can, for example, take the form of updating the menu based on search history, and providing the correct information despite possible errors on the part of the user, such as typos.
In this work, various phases such as research, ideation, conceptualization, context analysis, and CAD modeling were carried out.
